Blossom Health Studio started production in May 2018. It is owned and run by a Kenyan mom out of love for her children. As a mother of 3 children who are gluten intolerant they led her down this path – to create gluten-free flour that would be safe for them. At the time, there were many inconsistencies of flour in the market and that propelled her journey to creating GF flours that could make her best-loved chapati. Production is done in Siaya county and brought closer to you so that you can have your cake and eat it too! The flours make cakes, bread, chapati, samosas, mahamris, doughnuts, cupcakes. Gluten-free simplified is our motto. Gluten-free living can be a lifestyle choice or it can be mandatory in managing some specific health conditions. Either way we are here for you.
