Ingredients: Cashew nuts, filtered water, coconut oil, nutritional yeast, paprika, sea salt, onion, mustard, live cultures.
Allergens in bold. Made in a kitchen that also handles other vegan allergens.
Storage: Refrigerate 3-6ºC, Wrap well or put in a container after opening. Consume within 5 days. Can be frozen up to 2 months.
I Am Nut Ok started as a passion project of Angela’s to create tasty alternatives for the newly vegan Nivi who was an Italian struggling to give up cheese. Using their diverse palettes, love for cheese, and design backgrounds, they teamed up to start an artisan company so they could share their delicious creations. They use a mix of traditional and new techniques to create the plant-based cheeses, which is produced by hand in small batches. Our not cheeses go through a process of fermentation and ageing, then given extra notes of flavour with herbs, spices, and various tasty gems found in the plant kingdom. It’s not meant to replace cheese, but to satisfy the tastebuds in a way any delicious food does. MORE DARING THAN DAIRY!
