This is a traditional Indian Flat Bread made of Whole Wheat with a blend of Dhal, Fenugreek and Okra to help you stay fuller for longer. It is a good source of dietary fibre, and has no added preservatives. The tasty Chapatti is specially formulated to have Low Glycemic Index (GI), to help you stay fuller for longer.
