Enjoy the great taste of the famous Lotus Biscoff biscuits in a jar!!

In Belgium, people developed a very particular & unique Belgian habit. For decades, they put their favourite biscuit, Lotus Biscoff, on their bread! Some used the whole biscuit, some crumbled it, others dunked it in their drink first. Delicious, but hardly practical. Until someone had a bright idea. Why not make a creamy spread of it? An enterprising Belgian mum created her own recipe and entered it in a competition for a TV show: The Inventors. And guess what? She made it to the finals! And afterwards, she has worked together with Lotus Bakeries to bring Lotus Biscoff spread to its smooth perfection.

Ingredients: Original caramelised biscuits 58% (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm oil from sustainable and certified plantations, rapeseed oil), candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), soya flour, salt, cinnamon), rapeseed oil, sugar, emulsifier ( soya lecithin), acid (citric acid).

The story of Lotus Biscoff starts in 1932 in a local bakery in Lembeke, a Belgian town. The baker, named Jan Boone Sr., created a caramelised biscuit with nothing but natural ingredients. He named it Lotus, after the flower that symbolises purity. The unique recipe was honed to perfection with carefully selected natural ingredients. Today, Lotus Bakeries is still family-owned and based in its home town. And from there, the tasteful biscuit continues to conquer the world. Its unique taste can now be savoured as this smooth spread!
