Vivani Chocolates were developed by Andreas Meyer, a trained bakery journeyman and certified nutritionist who developed the idea of creating the highest quality organic chocolate. Previously, he had already worked for various renowned organic and fair trade companies and in 1999, Meyer was working on a chocolate line that was to set sustainable indulgence accents in the new millennium. In the Herforder tradition house Weinrich – a family-run chocolate factory (iChoc) with time-honored tradition – he found the perfect production facility.
