Maca is an easy supplement to include into your lifestyle. The powder can be added to oatmeal, baked goods, energy bars and in smoothies as we are doing today! 1 frozen banana
200 ml of plant milk
1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
1 tbsp almond butter
Dash of cinnamon
1 scoop of Vivo Life Salted Maca Caramel Protein
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, if too thick, add some water to thin out and enjoy!
Optional: Add ice if you want this cold on a hot day
