100% Delicious, plant-based, fudgy, healthy and melty brownies! They will melt in your mouth
2 ripe bananas
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flaxseed + 6 tbsp water)
4 tbsp maple syrup
½ tbsp vanilla
⅓ cup almond milk (or any plant milk)
1 ½ cups flour (oat, almond, cassava etc)
⅓ cup cocoa powder
⅓ cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 ½ cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp Vegan butter
Mash the bananas and mix with the flax eggs, maple, and milk until smooth. Add in the cocoa powder and flour. Mix well and add vanilla and chocolate chips.
Bake at 360° in a greased pan for 20-25 minutes.
For frosting 🧁 soften butter and mix the rest of the ingredients until combined.
